Santidad y Madurez Espiritual.
La primera misión del líder en este nivel es lograr que el discípulo crezca en santidad y madurez espiritual participando y cuidando del seguimiento del estudio y la integración discípulo.
La Experiencia con el Espíritu Santo.
La segunda misión del líder es velar por que el discípulo conozca al Espíritu Santo, crezca en los frutos de su carácter, reconozca los dones del Espíritu Santo en él y en otros y pueda ser Bautizado en el Espíritu Santo.
La Entrega.
La tercera misión del líder es custodiar el discípulo en su proceso de entrega total, donde reconoce a Jesús no solo como Salvador sino como Señor sobre su vida.
La Graduación.
Es cuando el estudiante termina todo el programa base y está listo para ser utilizado en el cuidado de otros con la misma misión y enseñanzas que ha adquirido.
